About the role
This role offers a meaningful, people-first opportunity to help individuals and families through a critical funding process.Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, assisting customers via phone, email, chat, and virtual channels
- Guide individuals step-by-step through the funding process with clarity and empathy
- Manage a high volume of inquiries (approx. 40% phone / 60% email + digital communication)
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidential records
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver thoughtful, solution-oriented responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep processes running efficiently
- Stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience within healthcare
- Strong written communication skills (this role is very email-focused)
- A calm, solutions-oriented mindset — you enjoy figuring things out
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfort learning new systems and tools
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- A positive, team-first attitude
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce) is a plus
- Data entry, case management, or account coordination experience is a plus
