Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care and administrative support as an Office Operations Assistant by greeting visitors and managing efficient intake
• Coordinate care continuity by managing patient appointment scheduling, medical record releases, and check-in processes within Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Verify insurance authorizations and precertifications promptly to streamline patient access to care and ensure seamless interdisciplinary team workflows
• Support clinical documentation integrity by accurately updating patient demographics and managing critical administrative records within the EHR system
• Perform daily financial reconciliation by collecting co-payments, processing service charges, and auditing daily deposit reports for operational quality
• Collaborate with the clinical team as an Office Operations Assistant to maintain front-office compliance and optimize administrative operations daily

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
