About the role

The Largest Independent Established Multi-Specialty Group in Central North Carolina is seeking a Full-Time Medical Front Desk Associate to join our team in Greensboro.

Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out
• Processing charge entries
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check-in/check-out preferred
• Self-starter and adaptable to departmental changes
• Able to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients
• Multilingual is a plus
• Strong computer skills and customer service
• Experience with Allscripts is a plus
