Medical Esthetician

About the role

Customer service, patient education, sales, and daily operations in a medical aesthetics setting. Maintain high standards of service, follow 4Ever Young procedures, meet sales targets, and uphold HIPAA and medical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times; set an example for the team and go above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient.
• Follow 4Ever Young procedures for rooming patients; meet with patients prior to their provider visit to give a brief overview of what to expect and answer questions.
• Stay up to date on 4Ever Young products and services; educate yourself using training materials and through conversations with medical staff.
• Maintain your ME certification in good standing throughout employment.
• Follow patient education procedures to interview patients, identify products or services that may appeal to them, and take before/after client photos for all aesthetic services.
• Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines, including handling patient forms, medical records, and offering private space when needed.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets for skincare products, services, and VIP memberships; proactively support cross-selling with wellness and aesthetic services; meet targets to upsell patients to more advanced procedures or add-on services.
• Be a passionate advocate and ambassador for skincare services; take great care of your own skin as your best sales tool.
• Keep treatment rooms up to 4Ever Young brand standards at all times, including cleanliness, scent, music, lighting, and stocking of products and marketing materials.
• Manage ordering and inventory of all skincare supplies; cover the front desk as needed, answer phones, and check patients in and out using 4Ever Young procedures; assist providers as requested.
• Follow medical compliance and 4Ever Young company policies at all times; ensure allowable tasks align with state certification guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested; be a strong team player with a positive attitude and do what needs to be done without being asked.
