About the role

MedElite is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to support the maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting of remote patient monitoring (RPM) and other medical equipment used across partner facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all RPM and related medical equipment for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests related to equipment issues
  • Perform inspections, repairs, replacements, and testing of medical equipment
  • Cook up equipment deployment, retrieval, and inventory management
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field staff and facility partners
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate equipment records
  • Travel up to 50% nationwide to support equipment needs across facilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience servicing or maintaining medical equipment or technology preferred
  • Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to lift, transport, and handle medical equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
