About the role
MedElite is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to support the maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting of remote patient monitoring (RPM) and other medical equipment used across partner facilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle all RPM and related medical equipment for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests related to equipment issues
- Perform inspections, repairs, replacements, and testing of medical equipment
- Cook up equipment deployment, retrieval, and inventory management
- Provide technical support and guidance to field staff and facility partners
- Document service activities and maintain accurate equipment records
- Travel up to 50% nationwide to support equipment needs across facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience servicing or maintaining medical equipment or technology preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to lift, transport, and handle medical equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
