Medical Equipment Service Technician (Delivery & Repair)
Location: Boynton Beach, FL • Full-Time/Part-Time
About the role
This is not just a delivery job. We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically capable technician who can deliver, install, troubleshoot, and represent our company professionally in customers’ homes. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using tools, solving problems in real time, and wants to grow into a lead technician / trainer position.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and install medical equipment in customer homes and facilities
- Perform adjustments, light repairs, and troubleshooting in the field
- Diagnose basic mechanical or functional issues and determine the next step
- Ensure equipment is safe, clean, properly assembled, and functioning correctly
- Educate customers and caregivers on proper equipment use and basic care
- Document deliveries, service calls, and repair notes accurately
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, service, and office staff
- Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes at all times
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and think through problems logically
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the job
- Professional communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Ability to lift, move, and safely handle medical equipment
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety-minded
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical equipment, mobility equipment, or repair experience
- Experience in delivery, installation, assembly, or service work
- Background in automotive, HVAC, maintenance, electrical, or other hands-on technical work
- Experience helping train or guide less-experienced team members is a plus

Important Note
This is a hands-on technical role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable turning screws, using tools, troubleshooting equipment, and working directly with customers. If you are not mechanically inclined, this position is likely not the right fit.
Pay
Hourly base pay with performance-based incentive opportunities.
