Medical Doctor (Women’s Health & Integrative Care)

The Wright Center for Women’s Health is a concierge practice in Naperville, IL, offering a high-touch, relationship-driven patient experience that moves beyond traditional high-volume models. We combine clinical excellence with innovation, autonomy, and personalized care across women’s health, hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, and preventative services.

About the role

This position is ideal for a growth-minded physician who values extended time with patients, meaningful relationships, and practicing medicine in a more thoughtful, comprehensive way. You will deliver care in a concierge setting, develop personalized treatment plans, and have the opportunity to explore and grow specialty areas such as hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, or aesthetic/procedural services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient visits covering gynecologic care, hormone therapy management, weight management, sexual health, and pre-/post-procedure consultations.
• Manage ongoing patient care, including follow-ups, lab review, and care coordination.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s goals and long-term health.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through trust, communication, and continuity of care.
• Deliver a high-touch, relationship-based care experience with extended time for patient visits.
• Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience; participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.
• Contribute to a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Provide clinical guidance and support through both in-person and virtual channels.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
• Explore and develop areas of specialty within the practice (e.g., hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, aesthetic or procedural services).

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD or DO) required.
• Board certification or board eligibility in relevant specialty.
• Experience in outpatient or concierge-style practice preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to patient-centered care.
