What You'll Do

• Review career-related questions from medical professionals at different career stages — from medical students to attending physicians
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field
• Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations made by AI systems
• Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Licensed Medical Doctor or Physician with active professional experience
• Strong understanding of medical training pathways, including residency, fellowship, and clinical career progression
• Experience mentoring medical students, residents, or junior physicians
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Able to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• No prior AI or tech experience required
• Board certification in any medical specialty
• Leadership or medical management experience
• Academic medicine or teaching hospital background
• Broad clinical experience across multiple practice settings
