Medical Director - Worthington Woods Animal Care Center

Worthington Woods Animal Care Center is seeking an experienced DVM to lead our fun, hardworking clinical team. The Medical Director role combines hands-on patient care with leadership of our DVM team and medical support staff. In collaboration with our hospital management team, you will provide excellent patient and client care, mentor associate veterinarians, and maintain our positive, team-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care.
• Lead and mentor the DVM team and medical support staff.
• Collaborate with hospital management to maintain excellent patient and client care.
• Foster a positive, team-centric culture.
• Guide and support the growth of associate veterinarians.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• 5+ years of experience in small animal medicine (preferred).
• Proficiency in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Ohio veterinary license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
