About the Role

Bellevue Animal Clinic, an AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian to lead a talented veterinary team and help shape the future of the practice. The hospital offers a wide range of services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, therapeutic laser treatment, boarding, and grooming.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university
• Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for mentorship and team development
• Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care
• Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required
