Pine Castle Animal Care Center is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to lead their growing multi-doctor team in Orlando, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian passionate about clinical excellence, team mentorship, and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Guide the medical direction of the hospital
• Mentor veterinarians and support staff
• Partner with leadership to promote continued growth and operational excellence
• Shape hospital culture and medical standards
• Maintain a healthy work-life balance through flexible scheduling and no emergency or on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Experience in small animal medicine and exotic/pocket pet care
• Proven track record in preventive care and wellness
• Strong surgical and dental skills
• Excellent diagnostic interpretation and case management abilities
• Effective quality of care oversight
• Ability to mentor and coach associates
• Strong client communication and relationship building skills
• Experience in practice growth and medical standards

Pay

The salary range for this position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
