Bellevue Animal Clinic is an AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. We offer preventative care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, therapeutic laser treatment, boarding, grooming, and more.
About the role
As Medical Director, you will lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. You’ll partner with hospital leadership to drive operational success, establish medical protocols, and foster a collaborative culture. This role offers clinical autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of our established practice.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for mentorship and team development
- Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care
- Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required

Pay
Total compensation is individualized based on experience, schedule, location, and production. The first-year package may range from $120,000–$180,000+ and can include base salary, production incentives, a signing bonus starting at $50,000, relocation assistance, and other benefits.
