Medical Director, US Medical Affairs - Alzheimer's Disease

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of medical strategy for major Alzheimer's products
  • Implement real-world studies and analyze their implications for product lifecycle
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and execute the medical affairs plan for Alzheimer's Disease
  • Manage financial planning and resource allocation for medical programs
  • Ensure compliance with medical content approvals and guidelines
  • Enhance the brand’s reputation in the Alzheimer's community through networking

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical affairs experience in Alzheimer's Disease or related therapeutic areas
  • Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills
  • Proven track record in strategic thinking and resource management
  • Experience in planning and executing clinical trials and real-world studies
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team talent

Pay

$217,000 – $284,800 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
