Medical Director - Sleep Medicine - Remote

You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Conduct coverage reviews based on member benefits and policies
• Document clinical review findings per regulations and policies
• Engage in peer-to-peer discussions with requesting providers
• Interpret benefit language during clinical coverage reviews
• Participate in daily clinical rounds as required
• Collaborate with providers on timely benefit determinations
• Communicate with internal partners and participate in coverage rotation

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board certification in Sleep Medicine
• Active unrestricted license to practice medicine
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience post-residency
• Strong understanding of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

Pay

$248,500 – $373,000 annually
