About the role
This Medical Director role offers an opportunity to lead large-scale, value-based primary care initiatives within one of Florida's most respected non-profit health systems. The position blends meaningful clinical practice (30%) with strategic, operational, and people leadership (70%), influencing care delivery across 22 clinics and more than 160 providers serving Southwest Florida.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida License and DEA (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Current BLS with the American Heart Association
- Minimum 3-5 years of Primary Care Clinical Experience
- Some leadership experience is required
