Medical Director - Physician - Williamsburg & SoHo - NYC - Onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, setting clinical standards for the team
• Own clinical outcomes and ensure documentation consistency within the clinic
• Serve as the clinical point person for complex patient cases and team challenges
• Partner with operations to develop a high-performing provider team
• Collaborate on operational workflows to enhance patient and staff experiences
• Identify clinical gaps using data and patient feedback to implement care improvements
• Support onboarding and mentorship of new providers, fostering a culture of learning

Qualifications

• MD/DO; Board Certified in FM, IM, or OB/GYN; Active NY License and DEA
• 3+ years in outpatient primary care, specializing in Women's Health, Mental Health, and patient-centered care
• 1+ years of leadership experience in managing healthcare providers
• Proven ability to coach and mentor clinicians effectively
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency
