Medical Director Physician

Key Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, direction, vision, and executes the organizational strategic plan
• Participates in medical decision-making and development of policies
• Collaborates on standardization of pediatric clinical protocols and workflows across the organization
• Recruits and assists with the onboarding of clinical staff
• Provides direction regarding all clinical issues
• Collaborates with the clinic manager regarding general operations of the clinic
• Supervises providers

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent
• Completion of an accredited US Pediatric Residency
• Two years prior experience as a Pediatrician
• Prior leadership roles are highly desirable
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
• DEA certificate
• BE/BC required
• Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $225,000 - $267,400, based on encounters per patient clinic days (18-26 tier level), Site Medical Director oversight, and experience
