Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, direction, vision, and executes the organizational strategic plan
- Participates in medical decision-making and development of policies
- Collaborates on standardization of pediatric clinical protocols and workflows across the organization
- Recruits and assists with the onboarding of clinical staff
- Provides direction regarding all clinical issues
- Collaborates with the clinic manager regarding general operations of the clinic
- Supervises providers
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent
- Completion of an accredited US Pediatric Residency
- Two years prior experience as a Pediatrician
- Prior leadership roles are highly desirable
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
- DEA certificate
- BE/BC required
- Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans

Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $225,000 - $267,400, based on encounters per patient clinic days (18-26 tier level), Site Medical Director oversight, and experience
