About the role
The Medical Director of PESS will coordinate Medical Staff and clinical staffing activities and perform direct patient care within the Psychiatric Emergency Screening Service sites. Responsibilities include directing and participating in team meetings, treatment planning, disposition, and other certifying requirements.

Requirements
- ABPN board-certified in Adult Psychiatry
- New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
- Ideally experienced working in an inpatient setting
- High energy, adaptable, and ability to work on a team
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $315,000 to $445,000 per year. Compensation will depend on the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
