Medical Director - Inpatient Review

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inpatient medical necessity reviews in compliance with regulations
• Uphold excellence in productivity, accuracy, and quality of tasks
• Communicate review outcomes effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Adapt to changing workflows and utilization management procedures
• Perform complex clinical reviews of inpatient medical records

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• 5+ years post-residency clinical experience
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one state
• Current Board Certification in an AOABPS- or ABMS-recognized specialty
• Meets all credentialing requirements with no sanctions
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

Pay

$223,800 – $313,100 annually
