Medical Director Duties
- Responsible for the delivery of participant care, clinical outcomes and the implementation/oversight of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program
- Provides primary medical care to the participants of the program
- Ensures medical services are provided in compliance with PACE Federal Regulations
- Ensures that Primary Care and Medical Department operates cost effectively
- Interfaces with contracted medical providers when quality concerns arise
- Serves as liaison with physician groups, specialists and hospitals to represent Complete Health with PACE
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate will be a BE/BC Family, Internal Medicine or Geriatric trained physician.
Qualifications
The position is employed by Arkansas Health Group, a subsidiary of Baptist Health.
