Baptist Health PACE is a non-profit, all-inclusive care program sponsored by Baptist Health that enables participants to remain in their own homes and communities while giving caregivers respite and support.
Services provided

- Transportation to and from the center and medical appointments

Qualifications
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
Responsibilities
- Oversee participant care, clinical outcomes, and the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program
- Provide primary medical care to PACE participants
- Ensure services comply with PACE Federal Regulations
- Ensure cost-effective operation of the Primary Care and Medical Department
- Interface with contracted providers when quality concerns arise
- Serve as liaison with physician groups, specialists, and hospitals
- Conduct in-home or nursing-home assessments as needed
- Provide potential coverage at the Hot Springs PACE clinic
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with minimal rotating call expectations.
