Responsibilities
- Set the medical direction of the hospital with the support of VCA’s resources
- Empower a small but mighty team of 1 full time DVM (2 or 3 when fully staffed)
- Work in a spacious surgical suite, 4 exam rooms, and a spacious lobby equipped with advanced technology
- Collaborate in a dedicated team that enjoys a collaborative environment
- Provide care to a diverse patient population including canine and feline patients, with a mix of wellness & sickness, surgery appointments
- Manage a rotating schedule for better work-life balance
Requirements
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in Minnesota, or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

Pay
Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $120-130k. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.
Schedule
Hospital is open 8 AM to 5 PM (no late evenings!) Fridays: We’re especially looking for someone available to help us finish the week strong Saturdays: Rotating schedule for better work-life balance Sundays: Always closed so you can recharge
