Aloha Animal Medical Center is seeking an experienced Medical Director Veterinarian to lead our growing small animal practice in Aloha, Oregon, near Beaverton, Tualatin Hills Nature Park, and Nike's world headquarters. About the Role

As Medical Director, you'll partner with an experienced team while guiding our continued growth and expansion. You will mentor and support associate veterinarians, promote high standards of medical care and client service, help guide hospital growth initiatives, foster a positive and collaborative culture, support team development and retention, and continue practicing medicine while serving as a clinical leader.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary: $140,000–$180,000, depending on experience and schedule

Qualifications

Required

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
  • Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
  • Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date

Preferred

  • Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
  • Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
  • Previous leadership experience or a strong interest in veterinary leadership
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and team-building skills
  • Commitment to high-quality medicine and client service
