Medical Director - Clinical Strategy

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategy for high-risk and complex care members
• Translate clinical and business priorities into actionable strategic plans
• Lead the design of scalable clinical programs for complex populations
• Develop digital and AI-enabled solutions for high-risk members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute priority use cases
• Utilize analytics and data to shape strategy and prioritize initiatives
• Drive process improvements for scalability and consistency across programs

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Medical License in State (MD/DO)
• Current Board Certification in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty
• Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience
• Experience in strategy development and implementation within healthcare organizations
• Strong business and consulting experience with a focus on problem-solving
• Digital and AI fluency for developing AI-enabled solutions

Pay

$212,600 – $354,300 annually
