Responsibilities
- Lead product development with a clinical perspective across multiple teams
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into actionable software requirements
- Advocate for clinician users by synthesizing feedback and ensuring usability
- Establish pre-launch QA standards for new tools to ensure safety and efficiency
- Monitor trends in primary care to identify new product opportunities
Qualifications
- Active MD or DO with board certification in a primary care field
- 10+ years of primary care practice experience, preferably in community settings
- 3+ years of health technology product or EHR optimization experience
- Strong leadership skills in guiding non-clinical teams toward clinical decisions
- Decisive mindset with focus on high performance and accountability
