Medical Director, Clinical Development - Oncology

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership in designing and overseeing oncology cell therapy trials
• Contribute to clinical development plans and trial protocols
• Analyze clinical trial data and provide input for reports and regulatory documents
• Collaborate on regulatory submissions and serve in agency meetings
• Monitor and report on adverse events and safety signals, contributing to risk management strategies
• Work closely with various departments to support project teams and strategic planning
• Represent the company at conferences and maintain relationships with clinical investigators

Qualifications

• MD required; MD/PhD or additional advanced training a plus
• Board certification in oncology, hematology, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience in oncology, focusing on cell therapy or immuno-oncology
• Demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and overseeing clinical trials
• Prior industry experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting required
