Medical Director, Clinical Development, Hematology Oncology

We are seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Sciences to join our Global Clinical Development team, supporting our Hematology Oncology programs. In this role, you will serve as clinical leader for a section of a clinical program, driving execution and clinical deliverables while collaborating with Clinical Scientists, Clinical Operations, Research, Medical Affairs, and external experts including regulatory authorities and key opinion leaders. Responsibilities
- Lead clinical strategy and deliverables for an assigned section of a clinical program
- Drive execution across trial phases in partnership with global line functions
- Guide and support assigned Clinical Scientists and Clinical Operations associates
- Represent the program in interactions with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and advisory boards
- Partner cross-functionally with Research, Early Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and HE&OR
- Contribute to internal decision boards shaping program direction
- Shape Global Clinical Development standards by authoring or reviewing SOPs
- Participate in training programs and strategic taskforces that advance clinical development practices
Requirements
- MD or equivalent medical degree with clinical Residency training
- Hematology or Oncology fellowship training strongly preferred
- More than 2 years of experience in clinical research or drug development (academic or industry), spanning Phases I through IV
- Medical/scientific expertise in the disease area of the assigned program, hematologic malignancies, preferred

$280,700.00 – $379,900.00 annually
