Key Components
Collaborate with leaders from BayCare’s Clinical Institutes to focus on building and expanding a comprehensive, system-wide strategy for delivering cutting-edge cancer treatment.
Ensure the institute remains at the forefront of innovation, patient outcomes, and market presence.
Serve as a mentor and educator by teaching residents through an academic affiliation with Northwestern Medicine.
Drive oncology research initiatives by partnering with Northwestern Medicine and BayCare’s established research infrastructure.
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of clinical experience as a Medical Oncologist or Surgical Oncologist.
Minimum 2 years of executive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Masters in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
Board Certification by The American Board of Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology, or Board Certification by The American Board of Surgery.
Able to obtain a Florida Medical License.
