Medical Director- Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View

Responsibilities

• Work in a care-team model with a diverse case mix including Total Joint, Hip, Knee and Shoulder Replacements, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry cases.
• Participate in a high-quality, service-oriented environment for all surgical procedures.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment in the 6 ORs and 1 treatment room at Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Anesthesiologist in good standing.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Current licensure to practice in Virginia.
• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with medical software and equipment.

Pay

• $450k base salary.
• $90k sign-on bonus.

Schedule

• Day shifts.
• No call.
• No weekends or holidays.
• Every other Friday off.
