Grant Creek Veterinary Services is seeking a Managing Veterinarian (Medical Director) to lead our growing team in beautiful Missoula, Montana.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about mentorship, team development, and practicing high-quality medicine. Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a talented veterinary team
• Supporting medical excellence and high standards of patient care
• Enhancing the client experience and strengthening client relationships
• Collaborating with hospital leadership and a network of veterinary professionals
• Helping develop doctors and support staff through coaching and mentorship
• Practicing medicine and surgery while pursuing your clinical interests

Requirements

• Experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Montana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery
