Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for cats and dogs, including wellness, sick, and urgent care patients.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of medical care and ethical practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hospital’s reputation and service offerings.
  • Continuously improve clinical practices and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Colorado, or the ability to obtain.
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership role within a veterinary practice.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

Compensation negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Annual salary starting at $120,000 - $150,000 plus stipends, production, and bonus potential.

Schedule

This position will include (4) 10-hour shifts, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm & Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pm.
