This is a Part time role-about 4 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor physicals, informed consents, and eligibility assessments
• Oversee donor safety, abnormal results, and medical incident reviews
• Guide and supervise physician substitutes and medical staff
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP standards
• Lead QA participation and communicate risk areas to leadership
• Maintain accurate medical records and donor documentation

About You

• MD or DO with active state license
• CLIA Lab Director qualifications in Pathology, Hematology, or equivalent training
• CPR/BLS certified with strong clinical judgment
• Skilled in interpreting medical data and ensuring compliance
• Comfortable training staff and working in regulated environments
