What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct donor physicals, informed consents, and eligibility assessments
- Oversee donor safety, abnormal results, and medical incident reviews
- Guide and supervise physician substitutes and medical staff
- Ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP standards
- Lead QA participation and communicate risk areas to leadership
- Maintain accurate medical records and donor documentation
About You
- MD or DO with active state license
- CLIA Lab Director qualifications in Pathology, Hematology, or equivalent training
- CPR/BLS certified with strong clinical judgment
- Skilled in interpreting medical data and ensuring compliance
- Comfortable training staff and working in regulated environments
