Medical Director

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements of post-acute clinical programs with strategic design and implementation
• Provide medical review for acute and post-acute care services, including handling escalations
• Document clinical review findings per policy and regulatory standards
• Guide clinical operations for ED, acute, and post-acute programs
• Collaborate with ED providers for care transitions
• Identify and develop innovations to improve quality and effectiveness
• Participate in client meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant medical field
• 6-8 years of related experience
• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO)
• Board certification in a relevant specialty
