Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise medical personnel in various settings
- Conduct staff training when possible
- Oversee the organization's medical practices
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and prepare reports
- Provide medication management and document evaluations
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. Degree required
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Previous experience in physician supervision
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric clinical protocols
