About the role
inFORME healthcare is seeking a full‑time Medical Director in Waterbury, CT for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Internal Medicine Hospitalist physician with experience in rehabilitation services. Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Internal Medicine (Hospitalist).
- Full unrestricted medical licensure in Connecticut (or ability to obtain).
- Federal DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance Certificate.
