Position Summary/Responsibilities
Provides medical oversight for a specific Clinic/Program, collaborating with leadership to develop and enhance services.
Qualifications And Skills
- Board Certified in the physician’s specialty.
- Minimum of three years of ambulatory care experience.
- PREFERRED: One year of management experience.
- Maintains ongoing continuing medical education credits and participates in healthcare management and leadership activities.
- Strong commitment to community and preventive healthcare.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Texas, with current AHA BLS or higher certification.
- For acute care providers, obtain AHA ACLS or equivalent within 90 days.
- Must maintain a valid DEA license and comply with Texas Medical Board regulations.
