About the Company

We are a private outpatient behavioral health clinic offering therapy, psychiatric care, and specialized programs for all ages, focusing on compassionate, individualized treatment and recovery support.

Pay

Salary: $300,000–$350,000 with annual increase. Relocation and sign-on bonuses available. Continuing Medical Education: 5 days plus $2,000 allowance.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 40-hour week. No call, no weekends. 50% administrative / 50% clinical.

Responsibilities

• Patient load: 3–9 patients per day (includes 1 new evaluation daily)
• Patient times: 60-minute new evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups (timing may be adjusted at provider discretion)
• Oversee staffing, medication services, and psychiatric services
• Direct reports: 4 LPNs, 1 charge nurse, 2 CRNPs, and 3 psychiatrists

Provider is primarily based at our Lancaster, PA office.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Adult or Child & Adolescent psychiatry
• Medical Director experience preferred
• Unable to sponsor visas
