Medical Director

Hybrid role offering a 50/50 split focus between leadership and direct patient care in a tribal health primary care setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $325,000 guaranteed salary
• $18,000 housing allowance provided by employer
• $25,000 signing bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits including:
  • $3,000 in CEU
  • 7% retirement match
  • 30 days front-loaded PTO
• $850 monthly / $10,200 annual tribal contribution towards healthcare premium
• NHSC Federal School Loan assistance: $80,000 over 2 years of service

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient focus in a tribal health primary care setting

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• No weekend duty
• No call

Requirements

• MD / DO – Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Team mentality and passion for providing quality patient care
• Prior leadership and tribal health experience preferred
