Overview
Pine Meadows Recovery is seeking an experienced and visionary Medical Director to lead their clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership to all medical staff.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care and services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay current with medical advancements and treatment methodologies.
- Conduct training and mentorship for medical staff.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning and program development initiatives.
Qualifications
- MEDICAL DEGREE (MD or DO) WITH BOARD CERTIFICATION IN PSYCHIATRY OR A RELATED FIELD.
- CURRENT MEDICAL LICENSE IN WISCONSIN.
- STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF CLINICAL BEST PRACTICES AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
- EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION, ANALYTICAL, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
