Medical Director

About the Role

Community Healthcare Network (CHN) is seeking a Medical Director/Clinician for our Sutphin Boulevard Health Center located at 97-04 Sutphin Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11435. Reporting to the Chief of Primary Care, this position is responsible for assuming leadership in clinical affairs at a particular CHN Center; supervises other clinicians at that Center and teams with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership in clinical affairs at the Sutphin Boulevard Health Center
• Supervise other clinicians at the Center
• Team with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center

Requirements

• Valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care
• At least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting
