Key Responsibilities
- Lead Chamber’s growing clinical programs ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols and continuous improvement.
- Develop and pilot new clinical programs and pathways.
- Own Stars/HEDIS clinical strategy, defining the measures and interventions that improve quality performance with payers.
- Lead risk coding strategy and clinical documentation improvement (CDI), ensuring accurate, complete capture of patient risk and acuity.
- Serve as the physician owner for quality building clinical credibility with the network on these topics.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to design and test AI-enabled clinical tools, workflows, and dashboards.
- Translate clinical needs into product specifications that streamline care delivery and measurement.
- Evaluate and operationalize innovations that improve clinical efficiency and documentation integrity.
- Define and monitor metrics for outcomes, utilization, medication adherence, quality.
- Partner with analytics to identify opportunities for intervention, improvement, and automation.
- Collaborate with Operations and Network teams to translate strategy into execution.
- Serve as a clinical voice with particular emphasis on quality and risk performance, to communicate Chamber’s value.
- Contribute to internal leadership discussions on care design, quality improvement, and program expansion.
Requirements
- MD or DO (Cardiology, Internal Medicine, or related specialty).
- 3+ years of experience in clinical leadership or value-based care programs.
- Demonstrated success leading interdisciplinary clinical teams.
- Experience with quality programs and clinical documentation integrity strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to design, test, and implement new clinical programs or technology-enabled workflows.
- Strong understanding of payer-provider alignment, outcomes measurement, and risk-based models.
- Collaborative communicator who thrives at the intersection of medicine, technology, and systems design.
