What You’ll Do

• Provide medical leadership while practicing high-quality clinical care
• Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff
• Support a culture of collaboration, education, and excellent patient care
• Champion team development and ongoing improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) DVM/VMD in Massachusetts
• Confident in anesthesia, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and case management
• Skilled in communication, mentorship, and team leadership
• Eager to support a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment
