Medical Device Sales Associate

Role: The Associate Territory Account Manager sells medical devices designed to improve quality of life for patients with lymphedema and other conditions. Responsibilities: Conducts full-cycle consultative sales including prospecting, product demonstrations, in-home patient support, and follow-up. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to increase awareness and educate on products and treatment protocols. Assists in developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Provides customer training on disease management and reimbursement requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 1+ years in patient-facing clinical work or sales support; preferred experience in in-person product demos and working directly with lymphedema patients. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills; persuasive sales ability; resourceful, self-starter; ability to travel and lift 20 pounds. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $61,600—$82,005 USD.
