Medical Device Assembler

About the role

Assemble high-quality medical devices following approved procedures, work instructions, and SOPs in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices using precise components, hand tools, calibrated instruments, microscopes, and testing fixtures.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and provide feedback on quality or production concerns.
• Operate and document activities via electronic manufacturing systems, including an iPad.
• Maintain cleanroom compliance, including full gowning in a Class 8 environment.
• Support specialized manufacturing areas such as laser cutting, salt bath processing, and small component assembly.
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and resolving production issues.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small, delicate parts.
• Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic.
• Effective verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to quality standards.
