About the role
This part-time role supports clinicians and administrative functions for the Medical and Quality Assurance Departments, including scheduling, provider onboarding, and QA support. The position is 16 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with departmental vision, mission, and process improvement; lead devotions
- Coordinate clinician performance reviews and gather feedback for evaluations
- Schedule monthly CRNP/PA–collaborating physician meetings and quarterly Site Medical Director oversight meetings
- Support projects for Medical Director, Site Medical Directors, and Associate Medical Directors
- Provide spiritual support and advocacy for clinician wellbeing; respond promptly to clinician communications
- Assist with monthly provider schedule creation, extended bin coverage, and on-call schedules
- Administer clinician scheduling templates in the EMR (blocking admin time, meetings, pumping, EMR ramp-up, etc.)
- Track clinician absences and blocked patient-care sessions; verify weekly EMR schedule accuracy
- Create and modify EMR schedule templates as needed
- Participate in clinician screening and interviewing; assist with recruiting at conferences and career fairs
- Collect and record payroll data and PTO accruals for the medical department; resolve discrepancies with HR
- Perform monthly after-hours clinician response-time page audits and maintain QA tracking sheets
- Support Associate Medical Director for QA with meeting notes and data updates
- Provide tours and networking support, especially at K&A; cover tasks during team absences; perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
