About the Role

Join MedSpeed as a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Spokane Valley, WA, and play a vital role in delivering health. This full-time position involves long-distance driving across state lines, transporting essential medical supplies and specimens. You’ll work in a company-owned vehicle, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while maintaining a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, and interoffice mail.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items accurately.
• Adhere to operating policies, procedures, and service schedules.
• Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Adapt to varying route duties based on client and business needs.
• Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation, and adaptability with teammates and clients.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Excellent driving history.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (depending on location and local mandates).
• Ability to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable walking long distances and standing for long periods.

$19.00 - $20.25/hr.
