Schedule
- Monday and Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay
$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Safely drive a company-owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail, and related materials
- Operate a hand-held scanning device to accurately track items through the transportation cycle
- Strictly observe operating policies, procedures, and service schedules
- Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction
- Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment
- Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, orderly vehicle
- Adapt to varying route duties based on client and business needs; perform all duties across assigned routes
- Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation, and adaptability with teammates and clients
- Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture
Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 19 years old with an active driver’s license for 3+ years
- Demonstrated dependability and reliability
- Familiarity with technology and ability to adapt to it
- Ability to follow procedures closely and determine efficient routing between multiple points
- Must pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens
- Operate company vehicles equipped with dashcam recording systems (video captured per company policy and laws)
- Drive a non-commercial vehicle in varying weather and road conditions
- Excellent driving history required
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on location and local mandates
- Ability to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable lifting items off storage racks, walking long distances, and standing for extended periods
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, driving, or customer service preferred but not required
- Must complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review as a condition of employment
