Medical Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Medical Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic healthcare team in St. George, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to schedule patients for health screenings.
• Respond promptly to patient and customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Aid patients with questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain and update patient and customer records to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Adapt to various patient situations and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all interactions align with company standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help enhance service processes.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical customer service, healthcare scheduling, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with patient information and healthcare environments is a plus.

Schedule

All qualified applicants will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
