Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with a courteous, attentive presence and provide a supportive first point of contact.
- Guide patients through arrival and departure procedures, ensuring an efficient and positive office experience.
- Receive and process payments accurately, including cash handling and transaction documentation.
- Manage daily front desk workflow while balancing multiple priorities in a high-activity setting.
- Provide administrative assistance through record updates, routine documentation, and follow-up communication.
- Support product fulfillment tasks by preparing, packing, and shipping outgoing orders as needed.
- Aid in inventory support activities to help maintain adequate supply levels and organized storage.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and deliver clear, helpful service over the phone and in person.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, front desk support, call center operations, retail, hospitality, or another patient-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a calm, welcoming, and detail-focused experience for others.
- Ability to stay organized, manage competing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced onsite setting.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling payments, documentation, and order-related tasks.
- Comfortable answering inbound calls and assisting with general customer inquiries and order entry activities.
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare office experience is beneficial, but not required for success in this role.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in a business casual, low-scent workplace.
