Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a courteous, attentive presence and provide a supportive first point of contact.
  • Guide patients through arrival and departure procedures, ensuring an efficient and positive office experience.
  • Receive and process payments accurately, including cash handling and transaction documentation.
  • Manage daily front desk workflow while balancing multiple priorities in a high-activity setting.
  • Provide administrative assistance through record updates, routine documentation, and follow-up communication.
  • Support product fulfillment tasks by preparing, packing, and shipping outgoing orders as needed.
  • Aid in inventory support activities to help maintain adequate supply levels and organized storage.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and deliver clear, helpful service over the phone and in person.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, front desk support, call center operations, retail, hospitality, or another patient-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a calm, welcoming, and detail-focused experience for others.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage competing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced onsite setting.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling payments, documentation, and order-related tasks.
  • Comfortable answering inbound calls and assisting with general customer inquiries and order entry activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous healthcare office experience is beneficial, but not required for success in this role.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in a business casual, low-scent workplace.
